Work place environment is awful. The people are clicky and rude and not welcoming. They say ask questions then seem to busy or annoyed when you do ask even the first week.

Mind you, I am 28 and have never had issues like this at any other job and I've worked for much better companies before in more serious roles and never felt so belittled and ashamed to ask for help in a very short beginning or just uncomfortable in general. I didn't struggle with the workload or the type of work in any way, except asking questions seemed to be frowned upon even in you first week!! But I caught on quickly and got my work done before lunch most days to then help with other employees work. But my biggest issues were the people and the environment they created, specifically in the Operations department.

I was there for two weeks and in that time I never felt welcomed, not one person besides someone in HR asked me anything on a personal level, even something as simple as where I lived or worked previous. I tried on the other hand to talk to my team lead about her life and she never once even returned the questions. Still I was nice and I smiled at everyone that walked by, talked to anyone willing to engage me and was willing to help at any time.

Then without a single word prior I was pulled into the managers office to discuss "my want to work there" which I did want to work there despite the cold shoulders and I was doing well, but she told me she had heard otherwise. How people I had known 1 week could speak for my feelings is beyond me and mind blowing honestly. It was very demeaning and awkward and most of all, undeserved.

The next day I was let go for "seeming" disengaged which was never clear what that meant because I had been asking questions etc. but had to be soley based on a misinterpretation of my personality because my work was never questioned. I can be shy, I think everyone can be when they are the "new guy" especially when people are NOT welcoming in the least but I never didn't pay attention or was anything less than willing to help. Even when I asked the day before if I was doing something wrong, I was told no. Then I apologized to my team lead and she said "don't worry about it" with a smiley face. They are fake, and will never confront you when you do something wrong, just talk about you behind your back and make you feel even more of an outcast and fire you all at once. I don't think they know what constructive criticism is.

Also, be careful if you are pregnant, I have a feeling they fired me because they found out since their reasoning was nonexistent. No wonder turnover is so high.

If you have a brain, don't waste your time here.
The people aren't very intelligent and don't know how to dress or wash their hair either. It almost smells so if you value cleanliness, turn around. Management comes and goes as they please. Showed up later and left earlier than me.
