I joined L'usine Crossfit a few months ago and it's been a life-changing experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. The workouts are intense, but they're designed to help you reach your goals. The community is also very supportive and friendly. I've never been fitter and stronger. Highly recommend!
