👍👌 I recently stayed at Hotel Universo and I was extremely impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of Lucca. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.
