I had a mixed experience with Ntp. While the website is easy to navigate and the content is informative, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and when I did, it was not very helpful. However, the quality of the products and services offered by Ntp is good, so overall, I would rate my experience as average.
