They are Rippers and Scammers, they will start your project with small prices just to take your project and start working on it after first milestone they will ignore your website features with a reason "not part of proposal" If your website would be completed for 5k it will be double or more than 10k , i'm explaining my case .. on second phase they will give horrible prices even if you want to change a text line on footer.
