The overall experience with Trailex inc was average. The website trailex.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service could be improved as it took them a bit longer to respond to my inquiries. The delivery of the product was on time, which was great. Overall, I would rate Trailex inc as an average company.
