I had a mixed experience with Officine piccini s.p.a. On one hand, their website, officinepiccini.com, was easy to use and provided all the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. It took several days to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative wasn't very helpful. Overall, I'm not sure if I would use them again.
