We have been using TechGen for many years. TechGen makes it very easy to access off site, and on site help when issues arise. We have many needy sales people, and I don't have the time to become an I.T. expert. Reid and his crew at TG, are knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to any problems that arise.
