I have been a customer of Show Mercy International for a while now and I must say their service is average. Although they have good intentions, there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication. The website is informative and easy to navigate, but sometimes it takes them longer than I would like to respond to my inquiries. Overall, it's an okay experience.
