I recently started using a financial service provider and decided to try Fiduciary Financial Services of the Southwest based on some positive reviews I read online. While their website, ffss.net, is user-friendly and provides a lot of useful information, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The customer service representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Additionally, the fees charged by Fiduciary Financial Services of the Southwest were higher than I expected. I would not recommend this company to others.
