Amazing selection and really knowledgeable and friendly folks.

Two points of feedback:
1) please help the bike staff out on Saturdays - the two wonderful guys working were so patient and diligent and one guy even stayed after his shift to help out. Please show your team a little more support.

2) New member intake gender options. Current: Male/Female; recommend: Male/Female/Non-binary. We re in the Bay Area, let s celebrate / accommodate that
