I recently tried out a cycling class at joyridewestport.com and I have to say it was amazing. The instructor was energetic and motivating, and the music playlist was perfect to keep me pumped up throughout the entire class. The studio was clean and the bikes were in great condition. I will definitely be coming back for more classes!
