I absolutely love Studio Verve! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The workouts are challenging but rewarding. I particularly enjoy the use of props in the classes, as it adds variety and intensity. The studio itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Studio Verve is definitely the best pilates studio in town.
