I recently took self-defense classes at a local studio and had a great experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. The techniques taught were practical and easy to follow. I gained more confidence and feel better prepared to protect myself. I highly recommend the self-defense classes, they are worth every penny!
