I recently switched to a different credit union and am much happier with the service I receive. The staff at Police Federal Credit Union were not very helpful or friendly, and I often felt like just another number to them. Additionally, their online banking system is outdated and difficult to use. I would not recommend Police Federal Credit Union to others.
