I had an average experience with Lighten Up Nutrtnl Cnclg Service. The nutrition counseling sessions provided some useful information about healthy eating, but I expected more personalized guidance. The dietitian was friendly, but I felt that some of the advice was generic. Overall, the service was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement.
