Om Ananda Yoga is an amazing company. Their classes are top notch and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable. I've been practicing yoga for several years and their studio is by far the best I've been to. The atmosphere is soothing and the energy is so positive. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and at peace. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice.
