I had a mixed experience with Lx Rentals. While the car was delivered on time and in good condition, the customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries and the staff wasn't very friendly. However, the price was reasonable and the overall rental process was smooth. It would have been better if they improved their customer service.
