I had a mixed experience with The Fair Credit Group. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were also some disappointments. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I found their processing time to be quite slow. Additionally, the communication could have been better as I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
