I am a CUSTOMER and I have been living in Kirby Terrace Senior Apts for a few months now. The experience has been average so far. The location is great, close to many amenities, but there are a few things that could be improved. The maintenance staff is prompt in addressing issues, but sometimes the repairs are only temporary fixes. The noise from the neighboring apartments can be quite loud at times, especially during the weekends. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
