I like many others would give their customer service less than 1 star if I could. Today was my loved one's birthday; 7 months later no headstone. I made my own head stone and wrote a letter and left a note next to my hand made marker at the cemetery. Last week I was assured by staff that since I had so many problems with the grave site there would be flowers today (courtesy of Fairhaven) at her grave site. Oh yes there were flowers however they were DEAD! What fool would keep the plastic wrap on the flowers and put no water in the vase?

There are plenty of options in Orange County. Find some place else to go and get peace of mind.

Att: Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary

My family member, Jacqueline died on August 4, 2015. As requested by Fairhaven, payment in full was immediately made for the grave site and her headstone.

Thank you Fairhaven for being completely and consistently inept in securing her headstone. It is now seven months and there is still no headstone, with a lack of follow up on your part. How many times can a headstone be ordered and fall through the cracks ? You demand payment up front yet can t deliver on even the simplest request.

Today is Jacqueline s birthday and I had no choice but to make my own headstone since this is NOT a way to honor a loved one. Please don t remove it until you live up to your end of the bargain and bad karma on anyone removing this handmade headstone until the new one is secure.

Shame on Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary! Note I will be using social media to warn my family, friends and the community at large at what a scam organization you run and how you provide a disservice to the memory of anyone who is buried here.

You don t honor the dead; you simply make money off of the dead.
