After providing a broken RF Field Probe, they sent a replacement with no calibration data (which we paid for) that had not been calibrated in 3 years. Once insisting on getting functional equipment that had been calibrated according to their own policies, they sent another one, again with no calibration data. They provided no refunds for wasting our time, nor for not attaching the data we paid for. On top of that their "technical support" blatantly lied to me a number of times, saying that the calibration data should be there (it was not even on their itemized equipment list with the shipment), and promising that the function of the probes was checked before they were sent. One probe was broken (someone super glued on a fiber optic connection), and the second probe had a very dead battery (it took 48 hours to charge). How could they check the function of two probes that clearly could not be turned on? This is the least professional operation I have ever done business with.
