I had a mixed experience with Alco Designs. While their website is easy to use and their product range is impressive, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my query and when I did, the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable or friendly. Overall, I would still recommend Alco Designs, but be prepared for some hiccups along the way.
