Calling no longer gives the option to speak direct...

Calling no longer gives the option to speak directly to someone. I have questions that cannot be answered on the website. Being unemployed I am currently on a very strict budget and cannot afford to drive to the local office every time I have a simple but important question. Absolutely terrible!!
