I have been a customer of PAL for a few years now ...

I have been a customer of PAL for a few years now and I must say, their service has been consistently average. While the company provides decent support, there is nothing particularly outstanding about their services. The website is user-friendly, but could definitely use some improvements. Overall, I would rate PAL as an average company.
