I have had a mixed experience with Marshall Municipal Utilities. The service itself is decent, but I have faced some issues with the billing process. There have been a couple of instances where I was billed incorrectly, leading to unnecessary hassles. However, their customer service team was quick to resolve the issues once I contacted them. Overall, I would say they are average, but they could use some improvements in terms of billing accuracy.
