I recently booked a vacation through Mytravelo.com and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly straightforward. However, I had some issues with customer service as it took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
