I've been a customer of Alan C. Wasser, Inc. for many years and I must say, their service has always been average. They provide good quality products, but their customer service could use some improvement. The staff is polite, but they often seem disinterested and not very knowledgeable about the products. The website is user-friendly, but the overall experience could be better. I would recommend Alan C. Wasser, Inc. for their products, but they need to work on improving their customer service.
