I used these folks for an over-the-phone Brazilian Portuguese interpretation/translation service. The service is direct and easy to use for the most part... but the experience you have depends on the operator you get. The first time I called both operators (the initial English speaking and the secondary Portuguese translator) were somewhat curt. I was unfamiliar with the process and the secondary translator quickly shared that I was using the service incorrectly and was clearly frustrated that I didn't ask the initial operator to dial out before connecting me to him. He provided easy to follow instructions for replacing the call but hung up on me before I could answer with a review of the process to ensure understanding. I felt bad... he seemed to at the least, be having a bad day and was annoyed that I called and at most, truly disliked his job. Both operators were hastening the process... maybe I caught them at an unusually busy time. However, the second time I called I got two new operators and both were pleasant, helpful, and were able to quickly assist me. Super helpful service but again, the phone manner of some of the operators could use a little bit of support and coaching to ensure a positive exchange. I will definitely be using the service again, despite the slight rudeness perceived on the first attempt.
