I've tried a lot of workout programs in the past, but the 12 Minute Athlete is by far my favorite. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I love that they can be done in just 12 minutes. The videos and written instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the website is well-designed. I appreciate that there are different levels for each workout, so I can always find a challenge. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quick and effective way to get fit.
