I ordered a pump from Allied Pump Corp and the product itself was fine, no issues with it. However, I wasn't satisfied with their customer service. The representatives took a long time to respond to my queries and were not very helpful. I feel that the company needs to improve their customer support to ensure a better overall experience for their customers.
