My daughters WRX was serviced there on Friday , i wont quibble about her bill but i would like to point out that when servicing brakes and replacing discs and brake fluid it advisable to bleed the brakes and remove any air in the brake lines. The person who took the car for a test drive ( if it was ) would have noticed immediately just how spongy and ineffective the brakes were. This just isnt a matter of "oh gee , sorry about that" its a matter of road safety and putting my daughters life at risk. On Saturday i performed the task of bleeding the brake system as your dealership service department were uncontactable and now the Rex is able to stop. The very least you can do is contact Ellen and sincerely apologise for your ineptitude.
