The website of this company was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. Additionally, the communication was not clear, and I had to repeatedly explain my requirements. 😕 The product itself was decent, but nothing exceptional. I expected better quality for the price I paid. 💸 The delivery was prompt, though, and the packaging was secure.
