The instructors at Ichiban MMA are excellent. They are not only highly skilled martial artists, but also great teachers. They provide clear instructions and explanations, and always make sure everyone understands the techniques. The classes are challenging but also enjoyable. The gym itself is fantastic, with clean facilities and top-notch equipment. I highly recommend training here.
