Rip off! Visiting from out of state and obviously ...

Rip off! Visiting from out of state and obviously missed a toll or something!! And received a $53 penalty on a $4 toll. I explained I didn t understand how it happened as I don t normally travel tolls. First time offense and I m charged violent crime fee, ambulance fees and who knows what else they made up! This should be illegal. Just ripping ppl off! Also denied my first time incident dispute.
