The worst managed corporation ever. Power outage since 24 hours. There is a JCPL van standing for last 8 hours just waiting for line technicians to come. He has no ETA when they would arrive. Call the company - they will not be able to tell you -WHEN. No visibility, no accountability - classic problems of a monopoly market. I am pretty sure while we are suffering without power the senior company officials are saying - "don't worry about customer complaints - they'll forget soon and will not wake up until the next thunderstorm".

Hey mr/ms CEO - do you even have a feel of how your people are serving your customers??? Do you have a few mins to engage with your consumers? Would love it if you respond.
