I had a mixed experience with CellScape. While the product itself was good, the customer service left much to be desired. It took several attempts to get a response from their support team, and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. The website was easy to navigate and place an order, but the lack of prompt customer support was disappointing. Overall, I would rate my experience with CellScape as average.
