I am a regular customer of Mr Jeff and I must say their service is average. The quality of their service is decent, but there is room for improvement. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy to schedule a pickup and delivery. However, sometimes the delivery can be delayed, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say Mr Jeff is an okay laundry service.
