As a customer, I found the training programs offered by this company to be average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the training courses I was interested in. However, I felt that the course content could have been more in-depth and engaging. The instructors were knowledgeable, but I think the delivery could have been more dynamic to keep the participants engaged. Additionally, I encountered some technical issues during the online training sessions, which impacted the overall experience. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected a bit more value for the cost. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of course content and delivery.
