I recently used the services of this company for a construction project. The website was easy to navigate, and I could quickly find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be a bit slow to respond to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The testing and engineering reports provided were comprehensive, but the turnaround time was longer than expected. Overall, I would say the experience was average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and efficiency. Hopefully, they can work on these areas to provide a more seamless experience for their clients. 👍🏼
