Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel! I had to pay my reservation second time when I arrived, because I didn't had the credit card I booked the hotel with. Such a nonsense never happened to me ever in any hotel in the world. I will never stay in a Hyatt hotel ever, or will recommend this old barn to anybody! The worst of all was the senior duty manager - Aurelie Haspe, never in my life had to deal with such a rude people! Never again! You are the worst!
