I had a really great experience with Jersey strong! The trainers were knowledgeable and friendly, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the variety of classes they offered and found the workouts to be challenging but doable. Overall, I would highly recommend Jersey strong to anyone looking to get in shape or improve their fitness level. The staff is helpful and motivating, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I'm definitely a satisfied customer!
