I recently had an experience with the automotive group and found their customer service to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and they had a good selection of vehicles. However, the communication with the sales team was lacking and I felt a bit uninformed throughout the process. 🚗 The purchasing experience was just okay, and I would have appreciated a more personalized approach. Overall, I give this company an average rating, as there is certainly room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and experience.
