I recently engaged with this engineering firm for a project and found their services to be satisfactory. The communication was clear, and I appreciated their prompt responses to my inquiries. However, the project timeline was slightly delayed, and I would have liked more proactive updates on the progress. The quality of the work delivered was acceptable, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail. Overall, my experience was average, and I would consider working with them again for future projects, with the hope that they continue to enhance their service delivery.
