I recently purchased turf from an online retailer and overall, I am satisfied with the product. The grass arrived in good condition and the installation was relatively easy. However, I noticed a few patches where the grass didn't take root properly. Nonetheless, the customer service was responsive and they offered to send someone to fix the issue. The pricing could be slightly more competitive, but the quality of the turf is decent.
