I recently applied to withdraw my funds since I m no longer in the Education field, and I did all of my paperwork and had it notarized almost a month ago, I called a couple weeks to check the status, and the Guy was very nice and helpful and told me what they were waiting on, Then I called back today and they were busy so I left the message for a call back, and the lady called me back and updated me and was very nice of letting me know when I would receive my funds this month!
