I did a premium oil change for $69.99 and they never topped my fuilds.
I even mentioned before the oil change and the answer was of course it is part of the expensive oil change and it will be done
I wrote in the survey and they never did follow up nor called me back.
I am sorry I am talking my car somewhere else where I get better service for that money.
