I recently had the opportunity to work with a writing company for my business needs. The experience was overall satisfactory. The team was responsive and delivered the work on time. However, I felt that the quality of the content could have been better. There were a few grammatical errors and the writing style was not as engaging as I hoped. Nonetheless, it was an average experience.
