I recently left a review about an unpleasant experience with a Sterling rope as well as Sterling's Customer service. After reaching out one more time via FB I actually heard back from Maegan and she was amazing. She felt really bad that the ball had been dropped on us and admitted that their sales people can get very busy. Both Maegan and Heidi are helping us figure out what happened with our last rope and sending a replacement immediately. Great customer support! They were both really friendly and wanting to help out.
