DONT USE THIS SERVICE. The driver are reckless and damage your luggage. I took shuttle from South Beach to Ft Lauderdale airport. The driver was texting and reading emails on hi cell while driver. Several passengers had to request that he pay attention to the road and slow down. In addition he would throw the luggage in the van and punctured a hole in my band new set. When I contacted the company about the damage to my luggage they promptly replied that it was determined not to be their drivers fault. No investigation was performed; the reply was within an hour. What ***holes; I will never use their service again and you shouldn't either.
